I noticed that the people from the PDF Toolkit have taken up developments again and issued new releases of their command-line tool.
Could this be a cue for either Angus Johnson or people from PortableApps to consider further improving their excellent PDF-splitter-joiner-rotator-whathnot tool?
Angus does not provide contact details on his homepage, so I thought maybe PortableApps knows how to contact him.

I contacted Angus Johnson a couple of months ago and asked about an update but he said he moved on and wouldn’t update pdftk Builder.
Someone with programming skills could pick it up or we try to find an alternative.

Alternative: pdftk4all
Quite a similar GUI.
It too does not appear very active.
But who knows, maybe the prospect of a co-op with PortableApps might awake the maker?
I'll post a request on its forum.
