bug: missing menu items

I noticed today that the items in the History menu "back", "forward", and "home" are missing. I haven't the slightest idea if they were missing before. I just know it happened since I upgraded to version 4.

Again?

I don't know what that means. The History menu under the Firefox button? The menu when you long-hold the back/forward button? And what does home have to do with it?

FF4 resets the toolbar buttons in the Navigation toolbar

Just go to View>Toolbars>Customize, and you can put back your favorite buttons. FYI, the New Tab button is not in the Customize window, but you can add it by dragging the New Tab tab on to the toolbar when you are in customize mode.

no, no, no

Not the toolbar, not the Firefox menu, but the regular old menu bar. I had to enable this menu bar by right-clicking on the toolbar and enabling it. The history menu is supposed to have those three items at the top, it doesn't.

Possibly there is a difference between Firefox 4 for Windows and Firefox 4 for OS X. On Firefox 4 for OS X, it has those items at the top of the history menu. Maybe they've been eliminated in Windows.

Not anymore

They were ditched in FF4 from what I can see. At least in the Windows menu.
