Once again I hope the subject title conveys the idea, but for those who don't get it:
I've installed almost every PA.c app available (except for most of the games) and just about as many unofficial portable apps (Piriform etc.) and by now the app list is getting pretty long. I use favorites to have my most used apps available at the top of the list as well as the arrows at the top and bottom of the list to jump a full page up or down to get quicker to those apps not among my favorites, but it's still a bit slow and inneffective to get to an app far down the list.
I know the next version of PA.c (can't wait for it :P) will bring categories so maybe my suggestion is a bit redundant, but as long as I have no idea how it will look (folders? tags?) I'll post my suggestion anyway. I'd simply like some kind of "instant search" function that'll let you jump to the right app when entering the first few letters. So that if I press e.g. 'n' it'll jump to 'NetHack Portable' (the first official PA.c app in my menu beginning with the letter 'n') but if I then press 'o' shortly after (within a second or so) it'll jump to the first app beginning with 'no' ('Notepad++ Portable' in my list).

I second that - again...
That would definitely be my single personal most awaited feature.
I've been considering suggesting this very thing, so I must add my voice to the others requesting it.
Thanks for the great job.
