[Fixed] - Google Chrome Portable (Dev)

GoogleChromePortableDev_12.0.725.0 Fails to install (Update) using the Updater:

"The downloaded copy of Google Chrome Portable (Dev) is not valid and can not be installed, Theis could be due to an incomplete download or other net issues."

I've fixed the Chrome Dev entry in the updater DB
