I noticed the release of Popman with interest.
It is a good program which I have tried in the past, however there is another & much better option - Pop Peeper!
It has been discussed briefly in the forums a long time ago but then has been forgotten. I have been using this (portabilized with JauntePE) for a long time and feel that others might be surprised at what it can do. Maybe someone might want to put it int PAF format.
Essentially, it is Freeware & much smaller than Popman, and not only does it check pop & imap, but will check Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and Opera mail.

I suppose the main issue, initially, would be getting the Developer's permission to modify and distribute the base app, unless they were agreeable to hosting an additional (PA.c) version.
Additionally, the availability of a payware 'Premium Add-On Pack', as opposed to a separate payware version, might prove to be a more complex issue, but I'll leave it to the PA.c licencing gurus to comment on whether that has any negative impact.
