Yes, looks like that link got missed when Firefox got updated. ☺
The link on the page says "Firefox Portable 3.6.15", and takes you to the Firefox Portable "Localization" page (and currently points incorrectly to the Legacy 3.5 branch's anchor, which is now [AFAIK] entirely unsupported), if you scroll up a little you'll see the 3.6 branch downloads, and that they say 'Version | 3.6.16' (and the links correctly take you to the FirefoxPortable 3.6.16 download of your choice)
If someone with the site privileges necessary can fix this link (1: to say 3.6.16, and 2: to point to the #legacy36 anchor instead of the legacy35 anchor) that would be cool.
