Mine runs slow and freezes a lot. I think its b/c the usb ports on the front of this computer are lose. The ports on back of machine are being used. I ordered a hub so we won't have to use those ports on front anymore. The idiot that used to work here would rest his foot on the flash drive plugged in.

I think you answered your own question. If things fit loosely in the USB port, there's nothing to be done on the software side to correct your problem.
I've wished there were a way to more securely "anchor" or "click into place" a USB connection, so that it could survive accidental bumping. But as far as I know there is nothing.
