I would also like a PortableApps Mahjong game. I don't see it under the Games section and I couldn't find it in the Beta area either.

Try Open Game Studio. It is open source and does not need to be installed. I did not do a regshot before and after so I am not sure as to how truly portable it is.
The default theme is "Distros" which IMHO is not that great. But it is easy enough to switch to the "Classic" theme.
It amazes me that on the internet you can be anything you want, and yet so many people still choose to be idiots.
there is one under the games tab. if not i know there is one or two in the beta area.
