A Mercurial client

This isn't a request for any specific Mercurial client (I know most of them are notoriously hard to portabilize, thanks to shell integration), just a request for any Mercurial client with a decent GUI.

I've started working on a project which currently resides in a Mercurial repository, and Mercurial Cmd Portable has some shortcomings, such as not being able to run when the Command Prompt is disabled by the local admin. The lack of a GUI is a bit disconcerting as well, since I'm quite new to Mercurial. Any suggestions for a good client that doesn't have those shortcomings?

TortoiseHg

There's TortoiseHg if you want a GUI
Never really used it myself though, so I can't really rate this one.

Re: TortoiseHg

TortoiseHg is a great Mercurial client, however I doubt it could really be made very portable as it's main usability function is that it integrates (almost seamlessly) with the Windows Shell. I have some ideas regarding making something like this (as well as some other much-wanted functionality) portable, but it'll be a lot of work however you do it, and for now at least, I'd recommend finding another Mercurial client to Portablize.

Shell integration

TortoiseHg is probably one of the more popular clients I've seen during my search, but the shell integration rules it out for now. As 3D1T0R said, it would be a lot of work (and I don't even know where to start portabilizing something that ties so deeply into the shell, tbh) and another client would probably be a better choice.

Thanks anyway!
