Skype 5.3.0.111 install error

Skype 5.3.0.111 install error

When I install the Skype 5.3.0.111, it just hangs.
After I click the details buttom, it shows some errors in

ERROR: (SkypeSetup_5.3.0.111.msi > App\Skype\Phone)

Does anyone successfully install it?
