Gives a worrying message from bit.ly:
The link you requested has been identified by bitly as being potentially problematic. We have detected a link that has been shortened more than once, and that may be a problem because:
•Some URL-shorteners re-use their links, so bitly can't guarantee the validity of this link.
•Some URL-shorteners allow their links to be edited, so bitly can't tell where this link will lead you.
•Spam and malware is very often propagated by exploiting these loopholes, neither of which bitly allows for.
The link you requested may contain inappropriate content, or even spam or malicious code that could be downloaded to your computer without your consent, or may be a forgery or imitation of another website, designed to trick users into sharing personal or financial information.
bitly suggests that you
•Change the original link, and re-shorten with bitly
•Close your browser window
•Notify the sender of the URL

I think it might be because I'm using Dropbox. When I get the chance, I'll put it on my own site and put up s new link. Be assured, there's nothing wrong with the file. Check the md5.
[EDIT 12-MAY-2011] Linked to my own site via goo.gl now.
Is it really necessary to use a shortener? The user can't tell what server it will download from nor the actual file name before it starts trying to download, which introduces a layer of insecurity (especially .ly domains as they go through Libya).
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
No, not needed, realistically, fixed.
See release notes for details.
The EULA shown in the installer is in Chinese. And using Google translate it mentions a bunch of stuff about animal husbandry (I know that Google Translate cannot always be trusted) I downloaded the existing portable version from the GreenFish site and the included EULA is in English.
It amazes me that on the internet you can be anything you want, and yet so many people still choose to be idiots.
