Can it be possible in future to run
two different Firefox Portable at the same time?
They will be located in different folders
and will have different set of plugins.

but it might leave things behind as firefox isnt designed that way and the launcher doesnt know which instance you close first and so cleaning up behind is tricky.
Oh and please search before you post as many questions (including this one) have already been answered before.

In addition to what Simeon said, if having the app "clean up after itself" is important, you might look into whether one set of plugins will work just as well in Portable Seamonkey (or Chrome or Iron). At least I think that would work.
