I'll take the complete silence as a yes I guess.
Wow! Thanks for the help guys! I need to come here all the time when I have questions! They are answered so quickly!
1. There may be no interest from others since it's not open source and we couldn't actually create a portable version of it if it needed some modification.
2. You can check it out pretty easily. Unzip it to your drive. Play it (let it save a game or whatever it may do settings-wise). Then bring it to another computer and see if your settings, etc are maintained. The more complete (and geeky) way to check is to check the registry and your Documents and Settings directories for changes as well. If you do this, you can feel free to post a note with your results.
3. Please don't bump posts (respond to a post for the sole purpose of bumping it up to the top of the list of active posts). It clutters things up and is frowned upon in most forums (as it is here in the forum guidelines). And please lay off the sarcasm. This is a community of volunteers. You may not get a response.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Sorry. I never read forum guidelines (bad habit and laziness). I'll try the method you mentioned in #2. Thanks.
I've been watching the discussion about it on GameDev.net and am really looking forward to see if it makes an appearance on Xbox Live Arcade.
