I was manually deleting the files of Warzone 2100 because it was having some malfuntioning problems, and when I was deleting the "Data" file it said that there were system files within it and that it might make a program not work. I still continued to delete the files when it said that there was an error and it wouldn't delete the files.
PLEASE RESPOND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

I can't really offer any advice, but I suspect it would help if you told us what Operating System your computer has? (XP, Vista, Windows 7 etc)
The one thing I can suggest is re-start the computer and try to delete those files again. It could be that a program (antivirus?) might have been looking at those files and that stopped the deleting of files.
