I was wondering if it would be possible to make a Halo Combat Evolved portable app. That would be really cool if you could.

i will add to winterblood's post

do a search. you are not the first to ask. there was a launcher made by someone as well thats stuck in the dark depth of the beta testing board. do a search you might find that too :).
