Can Reply to existing email, but can't send new email

Can Reply to existing email, but can't send new email

If I receive an email I can reply to it. I can not however send a new email. I get an alert telling me to check my settings. I've quadruple checked and everything is the same as my desktop app.

Any ideas?

It's gotta be one of the two. You sure you don't have a proxy? Or are you trying to send via your home ISP's SMTP server when not at home? (which usually won't work)
