Opera not really portable.

I'm having trouble with Opera - it doesn't seem to be truly portable.
On installation via the portable apps interface it references the firefox plugin folder for the logged-in user, and creates folders in the user profile's 'appdata', and in '%systemdrive%:\program data'.
Anyone else had this problem? How can I stop/rectify it? (I'm running Win7)
With thanks.

It Gets Worse!

First, should clarify: the firefox plugin folder being referenced is on the host PC's hard drive (but in a non-standard location - it obviously went to a lot of trouble to find that!) Not the default plugin folder for Firefox on USB stick from which running PortableApps.
Second: default download directory is in logged-in user's profile! Not the one on USB stick.
Third: default email client is default email client on host PC! Not the one on USB stick.

all normal

if there are plugins referenced via registry, it will use them.
Folders created will be cleared when app properly exited.
If there is no special download location set, it has to use something, it will take the one from the current profile.
Default mail client is assigned by windows, it is an operating system feature and set via registry.

Default language?

When I changed the language to Spanish, I closed the browser and restarted Opera. Again, language is english.

I remove some folders and files, edit some files and Then I get Spanish language by default. Fantastic!

I changed again to english without problem. But I tried to change to Spanish by default...I can´t.

Why I can not save a language other than English by default?

P.S. Sorry my english.
