I am running a dual boot netbook with xp pro and linux mint 11. I have three partitions and keep my data in one so I can reformat the others. This is where I keep my portable apps. I can't figure out how to put short cuts on my linux menu or linux taskbar. Any ideas?

Can you right-click on the menu to edit it?
Thats how I would do it.
Another idea would be to just add shortcuts to your desktop.
