Is anyone aware of an app that acts like a bridge for a standard 32bit install? I want to install several high-end graphics suites to flash drive for portability.

go to vmware.com and look there for thinapp or similar. You will find it there definitely, then take reasonable size creditcard, 'gold' series will be needed, and you will get a tool doing probably what you are after.
I have never heard of anything making a bridge, but thinapp will try to collect all needed component from the appliaction and system and produce a portable packet.
Recommend still to read the EULA of the apps you have in mind, in general, for portabilizing apps, you need explicit permission from the author.
