PortableApps.com does not produce a portable version

If you go to our page for XAMPP:
https://portableapps.com/apps/development/xampp
you will see that the links all point back to apachefriends.org.

PortableApps.com does not produce a portable version, it just links to the original developer's website - so there is nothing to do here.
