[Fixed] PNotes installer.ini could include /App/PNotes/sound

Subject says it all. I think this folder should be prevented from being deleted on upgrade just in case I put my custom sound files in there.

Fixed in 9.0.107

I've added the preservation bit to the installer for 9.0.
