Rocketdock - Running multiple instances of Rocketdock.

Im trying to run multiple instances of Rocketdock. Here is what I'm trying to do. I have say 10 different utilities I like to run..things like system info, defrag, file wipe, file recover, etc.....in my main Rocketdock dock, I want to have an icon for 'Utilities', when I click it, I want a second dock to appear showing the individual utilities icons.

Can this be done?

Wrong place to ask

We don't offer support for Rocketdock Portable (it's not been released officially) or Rocketdock (we have nothing to do with it).

I am a Christian and a developer and moderator here.

Solution to Multiple Docks

Sorry I'm WAY late to the party, but I solved this little problem by modifying the .exe file within RocketDock.

First, download this file in the below link. Feel free to scan for malware or viruses - I've ensured that there is none. Still, I encourage you to scan anyway.

Next, all you have to do is shut down the RocketDock, then delete the RocketDock.exe file from the RocketDock directory folder.

Once you've deleted the original RocketDock.exe file, copy and paste the downloaded RocketDock.exe file into the directory.

With all that done, you can copy and paste/rename RocketDock directories and run as many of them as you want. However, use this power wisely when it comes to RAM.

NEW LINKS TO THE MODED RocketDock

Hey
I've been looking everywhere for this file, Then I lost hope, all the links online were dead.
But fortunately, I had a copy of the file I just found on a flash drive that I haven't used for years Biggrin
So I thought to my self, Just maybe, maybe there's someone out there looking for it too.
So here I am reuploading it :
https://gofile.io/?c=VbVFun
Make sure you scan any files you download from the web, The file name should be "RocketDock Modified.rar"
Just extract it, copy the entire folder for as many times as you like (to have separate docks/customizations).
If by any chance the link was expired, you can reach me here (hunter.red10@yahoo.com), I'll probably have a backup copy for you ^_*.
Have a good day

Updated Download Link

Hello everyone!
It turned out it was a bad idea to register here with a temporary Email address because I lost access to it and now I can't update the download link :).
Anyway, since I received multiple requests to share the file, given that the link is already dead, I registered once again "using my actual address this time".
I have reuploaded the file here "https://gofile.io/d/kqNMVp" the file is called "RocketDock Modified.rar"
(Always scan files downloaded from the web)
I have set the link to expire on Dec 2025 Biggrin it should work before then, still if it's expired or lost you can find me at the same address "Hunter.red10@yahoo.com" I will most likely still have it with me since I really love it and it's quite helpful and simple to use.

You all have a good day and Stay Safe.

(I didn't make it, I didn't modify it, I don't own any of the content in the file)

Edit: (22/06/2020):
It seems that files don't stay up for long depending on the download count,,,
Here's an updated link : https://gofile.io/d/rn3nOn

Just a quick note to say thanks for the time and effort in keeping this available to the community. I appreciate it.
