if it´s possible to do someting like that?

a) because you are the first one to ask for a greek version of Thunderbird
b) there is no Thundebird 5.0 in greek.

I have found for the version 3.0.6 of Thunderbird a solution. Please look for more detailed instructions in the forum German / Deutsch in your created post "einfacher wechsel zwischen verschiedenen sprachen".
You can use the necessary Add-On "Quick Local Switcher 1.7.5" also in conjuntion with Thunderbird 5.0. However, there are currently no Greek language package for this version of Thunderbird.
