Just wondering if there were any newer options for portable OCR apps. I've searched through these forums and tried many options (FreeOCR, TopOCR, etc.), tried online options, and searched through sourceforge. Not very many options seem to be good at OCR of screenshots of structured text (text in boxes, like in a spreadsheet). Does anyone have a good portable OCR application that can handle this?

i have used OCR and some of the best ones out there are payware. there are free ones out on sourceforge but they have specific useages that are not suited for a braod audience for useage.
