Backup and Restore Source

I cannot find the backup and restore source anywhere, does anyone know where I can get this?

Also (I am just double checking.) I can use this as a backbone for another program?

It's the same place as the current platform in SF but you need to look at the older release as backup and restore have not been updated for these new prereleases. Possibly one of the 2.0 beta folders or 1.6. I'm on my phone at the moment so can't provide a direct link.
