Don't think it will do you much good: the site is in Turkish, and the Google translation doesn't help all that much. The video doesn't help much (I don't have audio on my work PC) but I am guessing if there is a commentary, it is probably in Turkish, too. Also, the app is in Turkish.
I think this is a really complicated-looking category-based launcher, but I may be wrong. It may instead be a really complicated-looking way to illegally think you have made a portable app.
