I don't know if this should in the Office or Utilities category. I was leaning towards office, because of how it looks, but I went with utilities to cause controversy 
What do you think it should be?
EDIT: I also forgot to mention that it comes in multiple languages, however each one is its own package, so I'll need to package each one separately.

Secondly I think either category is good though I prefer Utilities.

Secondly, I really don't think categories matter, but it's not what I think that matters in the first place
