Add ons page hangs in both TB6 portable and FF6 portable.

on usb flash or on internal hard drive?
I noticed, that some addons can not be installed or updated when TB on stick.
I had to copy the whole folder to hard drive (local) first, then run all the updates there (the addon page did work normal there) and then copy all back to the usb stick.
Not all addons do this, but for example lightning is one of those not be able to be installed via the usb port to portable TB.

The issue does not exist with TB5 portable on the same drive.
lightning is installed
After upgrading to TB6 portable add-on page hangs.
Unpacking TB6 (or FF6) clean to the same drive/different directory does not cause the problem. Add-on page opens normally (with about 1 second delay for loading the new what add-ons are for page).

Discovered the following:
The add-ons manager seems to appear to load forever, however, this does not prevent me from switching from "Get Add-ons" (the default) to e.g. "Extensions" although the loading animation is still displayed.
The add-ons manger will switch to the Extensions tab and load the extensions.
Switching back to "Get Add-ons" will then display the corresponding screen more or less immediately.
After that the problem went away.
Leaving the Extension selected when closing the add-ons manager does load the extensions window directly when calling up the add-ons manager again.
Same behaviour in FF6, hence this is not an issue for me anymore.

will test it tonight too, but I had issues with some addons trying to update and this failed so all crashed as long as the TB was on usb stick. When copied to internal hd, that means it had to do the update not via the usb port, all worked.
Simply some updates refused to work via usb connection...

It happens on the local FF and TB 6 upgrades as well for many users. Happened with both of mine on Win7 x64. Could be a database issue internally or something else. A restart fixed one. And clicking on the other sections of the AddOns page fixed the other.
