How do you enable the Profile Manager?

How do you enable the Profile Manager?

I tried creating a shortcut and adding -ProfileManager at the end but it still doesn't come up. Does anyone know how else to get this to pop up?

You Don't

You don't enable the profile manager in the portable Mozilla apps. The profile manager supports and manages local profiles only. It is incompatible with portable profiles. We have other methods for having multiple profiles.
