I have tried to download the mirror and the direct but i get the same message over and over "installer intregrity check has failed common causes include incomplete download and dammaged midea" etc what do i do?

It could be your cache. Clear it and retry. That might help as sometimes you dont actually redownload it but get the broken copy from your cache.
