I have just downloaded LibreOffice 3.4.3 Portable en-Fr, but after it was installed, I saw that the user interface was in French. What should I do? Thanks in advance. Have A Nice Day!

LibreOffice is only available as a multilingual download. What did you install?
Normally, LibreOffice uses the language of the menu. Do you use the menu?

The other question is, "Where did you get it?"
You obviously did not get it from here:
https://portableapps.com/apps/office/libreoffice_portable
because PortableApps.com has not yet released 3.4.3.
I would recommend uninstalling it and re-installing 3.4.2 and waiting for the official PortableApps.com release of LibreOffice Portable 3.4.3.
It shouldn't be long now.
