Can someone make a portable version of Quick Access Bar? Here's the website:
It was reviewed on GHacks and after trying it out for a few days, I simply loved it. I'm an UNI student so would love it if someone can make this portable, since as you've probably guessed by the fact that i'm here, most of my apps are portable because you can't install apps on UNI computers. I can also use this on the computers at my work as well.

it requires .NET, which I personally think is lame for this kind of gadget, but I tried it anyway and got some exception and I couldn't really use it.

can't we make it so that the dependent .NET files are included with it to make it portable?
