I reliazed that this folder appear after I upgrade from Firefox Portable 4.0 -> 5.0/6.0.
Can I delete this folder ? Normal Firefox don't have this file, seem it used to update extensions.sqlite data in Firefox profile folder.

It's required by the launcher to be able to update Firefox's extensions database as you move between computers. Never mess with anything in the App directory in any apps. Nothing in any of them should be altered or deleted.
