PUSS (Portable Utility and Security Suite) 1.0 has been released. PUSS 1.0 is an amalgamated, upadated version of Sync, Backup and Secure by the Libertà Project.
This version should fix all of the bugs that I claimed it would here:

Its great, however I sometimes use an ancient machine and it takes forever to encrypt/decrypt. I only want to encrypt the saved passwords and cookies in FFP, and its a pain to exclude everything else. It'd be cool to have an option for inclusion instead of just exclusion for files and folders. Thanks!
Yeah, I agree.
I have a problem when I update my Firefox and Firefox Portable. My bookmarks are never copied over if I use update in PUSS. I'm not sure why...(btw the bookmarks.html files are different)
And for consistency I think in the backup part, you should have it say "File to Update" instead of "File to append" since you changed it to "Update Backup".
I'll have a look, I'll also change the typo.
