odd installation of double thunderbirdportable

Hi, I installed thunderbirdportable on my flash drive and downloaded a bunch of emails from google and saved them to my DVD.

Next, I installed thunderbirdportable2ndprofile to my flash drive as well, to add my yahoo address and also to hopefully be able to open up the files I saved on my DVD since I can't get them to call up in thunderbirdportable.

When I looked on my flash drive, however, after I installed Thunderbirdportable2ndprofile, it seems to have installed a second thunderbirdportable inside the thundebirdportable2ndpropfile folder.

The instructions for installing thunderbirdportable2ndprofile say to install it into the same directory as thunderbirdportable is. It says that thunderbirdportable2ndprofile will automatically call up thunderbirdportable when I open it.

which version is it opening up? the one in it's own folder
D:/thunderbirdportable/thunderportable.exe
or the one int eh the thunderbirdportable2ndprofile folder?
D:/thunderbridportable2ndprofile/Data/thunderbirdportable.exe
