Google Chrome Max Window not working?

Google Chrome Max Window not working?

I load Chrome and it opens full window, but if I load a second instance, it only opens half window and I always need to press maximize window icon.

Any fix or solution?

This happens with Iron as

This happens with Iron as well, in both portable and normal installations, so this would be something to report to the Chromium devs.
