Running program from USB is disallowed, is separate Data folder possible?

Hi!

I often use some computers who disallowed running any executable from removable drives, although I can run them fine after copying it to local drive. So I cannot run PortableApps' applications directly from USB drives.

I can copy the PortableApps folder in entirety to local drive and run it there, but then I have to remember to copy the Data folder back before I left. An operation that can also be risky (if the copying interrupted, I may ended up with highly inconsistent Data folder.

Is it possible to run PortableApps' applications from local drive while keeping the Data disk in the USB drive? And hopefully you can give instruction how to do this easily?
