Need for speed: World [Portable] ?

Is it able to make such a game portable for a USB device?

Need for speed is proprietary software and is unlikely to be made portable any time in the future, if ever.

With 'proprietary software', you mean the source code ain't public?
If it was public, would it be able then (to make it portable)?
