Can I disable the "compact now" reminder upon deleting first msg?

Can I disable the "compact now" reminder upon deleting first msg?

I know I have to compact my folders every now and then. I don't need or want this pop-up window. This is a maddening PITA.

Don't get mad, configure it.

Tools, Options, Advanced, Network & Disk Space, uncheck "Compact folders..."

and

Tools, Account Settings, Server Settings, Check "Empty Trash on Exit"

Thanks. Just to make your reply more clear to others, for my specific complaint, only "Tools, Options, Advanced, Network & Disk Space, uncheck "Compact folders..." is necessary.
