I was looking through the Various Folders in Keypass and saw the language files, And was wondering if it would harm my Copy in any way (to reduce space on My memory Stick) if i deleted them!

As each language file is about 50K, you're not really recovering any useful space by doing so. It won't affect the app, but they'll be back when you upgrade. If 1MB of space is that critical an issue, it may be time to buy a larger flash drive.
