My DOSBox portable didn't accept the location of a disc image I wanted to mount, when the memory (in the config file) is set to 32 MB or more (which is not recommended by the way), but there's no problem with the memory set to the recommended amount.
However, "normal" DOSBox has no problems with mounting either way, even with the amount of memory set above the recommended level. Is this a known issue?

If you use that "disc image" inside PortableData folder, use before the path of our image file like below.
..\..\Data\
What is a good tool/program for collecting meaningful configuration info? (I got a Toshiba Satellite L500-1GE (no tinkering whatsoever) with Windows 7 64-bit. The image is bin/cue, it's the kind with both data and CD audio on it.
Thanks for the help by the way, but the problem is pretty much solved, because it does work with the recommended amount of set memory, and you don't need more than that in dosbox anyway. I just thought it might be a bug of some kind, since it's not present in normal dosbox.
