[Fixed] Listary Program updated but pages not updated

Listary

The 'release and news' page,announcement page ,and the download page.
All say 3.23.689 when the version is 3.50.691 .

The database seems okay as the updater correctly detected and downloaded the update.

I've re-released it with the fixed version number. Sorry for the mixup.
