Portable CD Burner

Can someone make a portable cd burner? There is just about everything now but a portable cd burner on portableapps.com.

Also SilentNight Micro

Also SilentNight Micro Burner http://www.silentnight2004.com is portable (and small). But I have to admit, that I didn't get too happy with either DeepBurner or Micro Burner. Micro once kept giving the wrong size of a big file and so it didn't fit on a CD. With DeepBurner I was unable to burn an ISO image I had downloaded (though it's supposed to be able to do that). In both cases I had to go back to Nero to do the job properly. Can't exclude totally that it was my fault and I missed something about the programs.

But for the usual and simpler burning tasks the tools may be useful.

I ran into that ISO issue

I ran into that ISO issue with deepburner and it took me a bit to figure out that with the default window sizes, you can't see the necessary fields to select the ISO image file. Maximize the main window, and then the 'burn iso' window and you should be able to see everything.

Microburner can do what it says, but the UI is buggy.

New Version of SilentNight Microburner 26SEP2006

I just DL'd the new 5.026 version of Microburner, and it seems to be more stable. Haven't done too much with it, yet, but it is alive and well! It also has a nice tutorial page http://www.silentnight2004.com/microhelp.html

I made this half-pony, half-monkey monster to please you.

Infra Recorder

Infra Recorder
http://infrarecorder.sourceforge.net/

Free, portable (you install then just copy the folder to USB and it works everywhere!)
It Does everything, make compilations, copy make ISO, it does not support the copy of the Audio though. but for data copy and such it is great!
