Sumatra PDF: Version 1.9 is not able to save settings nor recent opened files

Hi there,

I found that version 1.9 of sumatra pdf portable is not able to save settings nor recent opened files. I had to reinstall version 1.8 and lost all the file histories. Can you please look into it?
