I was wondering if anyone has received the PortableApps.com Companion flash drive yet. If so, can you tell me if this item is worth the wait? I ordered the 16 GB drive on Dec. 10 and haven't received it yet. I guess it will be worth the wait if it is as nice as the original write ups by John.

Did you get a note from CustomUSB on this? They should have sent notifications out to all orders on the shipping schedule.

The only response I received was when I wrote to CustomUSB on Dec. 13.
I have not received any other correspondence. I was hoping to get this flash drive this week. Is there a delay I am not aware of?

Guys,
We (at CustomUSB) apologize for the long wait in shipping the USB drives. We encountered an unexpected delay in acquiring 3.0 hardware. Most of the orders are shipping today so almost all of you should receive them next week.
For everyone else, we will ship the balance of the orders next Wednesday (the 28th).
Again, we are very sorry for the delay. And yes, the drives ARE worth the wait!
