Hello,
Instead of relying on a third-party app, it would be nice if the eject option (add eject confirmation tick box) would shutdown all apps running from the PortableApps drive.

This feature is coming in an upcoming release. It'll work better than 3rd party utilities that force-close (aka crash) running apps.
