Under Windows 7 Professional, On-ScreenKeyboard's "keyboard" won't appear after the
little PortableApps-On-ScreenKeyboard announcement window has flashed on and off.
What gives?

Yep, looks like OSK Portable doesn't work on Win7 Pro (32-bit here). Launcher starts, splash appears, splash disappears, launcher exits.
Checking On-ScreenKeyboardPortable.nsi in Other/Source, there is a typo in the SettingsDirectory block, where settings is spelled as setttings. Also, the LaunchOsk block is comparing the CurrentVersion key to 6.0 which is Vista, where Win7 has a CurrentVersion key of 6.1.
Same here on 64 bit.

[Bug] On-Screen Keyboard won't work in 64 bit Windows: this reports it working in 32-bit but not in 64-bit.
