how do u make a compiled help file?

how do u make a compiled help file?

is there a freeware app that does this? or is it pure html coding since i know a help file extension is like .chm any ideas thx in forward

Try this one...

Try Shalom. Haven't tried it myself, but according to Google, it's freeware...
