Not very helpful.

Your not going to get very far requesting an app here with just a statement.

A link, explaination and maybe even a please helps.

I did find some info. Looks like you can still downloand from sourceforge, but www.dopewars.com is dead.

Dopewars is an opensource app found at http://dopewars.sourceforge.net/

From there, you can download the source code. What other information do you need?
