Hi,
I have installed PortableApps and some applications but I want to change to a larger flash disk, is it possible to drag and drop or i have to install application to the new flash disk?

Drag and drop works fine.
Most apps will also handle changing path when moved/copied, but some won't. If possible, try to keep them in the same folder structure, as it will save you future headaches with the rare apps that won't handle path changes.
